Soaring Rabbit
Perhaps the only proper Keio Yuugekitai (Keio Flying Squadron) website on the internet, Soaring Rabbit is hopefully a complete and exhaustively detailed resource regarding all games from the series. The reason for this domain name, Soaring Rabbit serves as an awfully educational resource if you ever wanted to know about a small, insignificant, forgotten series of games that seems lost forever deep in the confines of Sega’s short console-producing history.
Still under construction of some sort and still accepting any contributions, the site is not quite finished but there’s still a decent amount to keep you interested at this stage.
Bittersweet Candy Bowl
Clearly the most unique webcomic on the internet, Bittersweet Candy Bowl offers a wacky name, speaking animals and teenage angst all wrapped into one semi-frequently updated series of hand-drawn material! Written by my girlfriend (who’s probably the closest thing we have to a modern Da Vinci, Monet or Rembrant.) I highly recommend that you check it out if you have even a passing interest in ridiculous love circles, triangles and quadrilaterals along with a bunch of stupid humour. And it isn’t even made of Sonic sprites.
Oh, and it’s not furry. Really. It’s furry like Looney Tunes, which is furry but not disturbingly so. But yeah, go read it!
Rampaging Feline
Another information site about the Japanese animay show “Di Gi Charat”, Rampaging Feline tries not to be just a boring old fangirly site and offer you something that might be unique or interesting, like some pictures and information about the show not common on the internet. Probably only applicable to fans of the series, it’s not comprehensive.. but I link to sites that do the comprehensive thing better!
This site has a lot of large images and links to large files, though, so 56kers be wary :| There’s a lot of cuteness to make up for that shortcoming, though.
SuitCase’s Quotes
An occasionally amusing collection of IRC, message board and AIM quotes I’ve been compiling since 2001. Some are annotated with dates, some are not - however it is mostly chronologically ordered. Injokes all over the place, so it might not amuse you too much if you don’t know me or my friends well, but probably worth a shot if you’re desperate for laughs. Estella approved.
